1. Overview
These Terms of Service apply to your use of marquisatelier.com (the "Site") and to purchases made on it. The Site is operated by a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (European Union), Tax ID (NIP): 6292523439 ("MARQUIS", "we", "us"). Contact: support-shop-22@onet.eu.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products
• Our jewelry is made with lab-created moissanite. Moissanite is not a diamond. It passes standard thermal diamond testers, but it is a different gemstone.
• Metal: solid 925 sterling silver; gold-color items are 925 sterling silver with gold plating.
• Product photos are for illustration. Some images are AI-enhanced, and colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. The actual product may vary slightly.

4. Prices and promotions
Prices are shown in US dollars and include shipping to the United States and import duties. Launch prices are valid until December 1, 2026, after which regular prices apply. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. In that case we will refund you in full.

6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

7. Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping, returns, exchanges and our 12-month warranty are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, copying its content for commercial use, or placing fraudulent orders. All content on the Site (text, images, logos) belongs to MARQUIS or its licensors.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARQUIS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
